Does Swiftbox do long distance moves?

We do not offer that service however we would be more than happy to assist you with local storage and moving needs.

How much can I pack in a unit?

Generally, you can fit 2-3 rooms of furniture. Each container is 1024 cubic ft in size.
There is a weight limit of 6,000 lbs per container.

Are the contents insured?

Customers are responsible for their contents. Check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance for coverage options. Very often that will be your best option.

What security features does your facility have?

Our facility is fully fenced and also protected by high-tech surveillance cameras.

How Long can I keep my Swiftbox?

Keep your Swiftbox as long as you like. We will send you an invoice on your monthly anniversary date with the monthly charges.

How does your pricing work?

Monthly rental is due at the initial delivery date and on the anniversary date for the following months.
There is an additional fee for each time you want your container moved which includes delivery and pick-up. We are happy to move it as much as needed with notice.
Credit/Debit card is required and will auto bill on the anniversary date.

Are there city and HOA rules with placement?

You are responsible for obtaining a permit from your city for curb placement if needed

What is portable storage?

Portable storage means we can deliver a storage unit straight to your business or home. That way, you won’t have to drive out to our facility just to move in your belongings. You can either keep your unit at your property, or we’ll pick it up and store it at our compound.

Are your portable units reliable?

Yes! Our units have anti-condensation steel roofing, heavy-duty weather stripping, and latch swing barn doors – unlike the competition.

Can I access my unit while it is in storage at the Swiftbox facility?

Yes! You can access your Swiftbox by appointment, free of charge.
